Encounter with a woman and dogI hold my coat tightly to my chest. It is cold, but I don't want to move, I just want to hug my thick coat closer. I'll probably catch a cold. They say stress lowers your immune system, right? Oh, but who cares, I could use the time off to deal with-no I can't go there yet. Just stay numb right now, you don't need to handle this yet. One thing at a time, simple things. Oh, god... what have I done? I.., I've lost something, something essential to me. I offered it up and put it out there, and had it torn from me, ripped out without a thought. &nbsEncounter with a woman and dog

The Great Chronicles of TIMHis hands were hairy. Not just hairy, but really hairy. There were individual groves of hair on each finger, and one particularly large one on the side of each of his hands. The lush wild regions of his wrist crept up along the side of his thumb, and petered away to a grassy plains across the back of his hand. Bittersweet joyAll you give me is pain. All I have is pain. But to that pain I cling- like a moth to a flame. And although the pain may hurt me, it may destroy me! I don't care, I cling to it because it's all I have of you. In this pain I wallow, like a bather in a hot spring, letting it wash over me and cleanse me. And I hope I am the better for it. It burns me, it fills me until I burst in fits, I pour my feelings onto this blessed paper. And I am thankful for the release. And for a time I feel empowered. BBittersweet joy

Love's First VisitI was walking down the road of innocence and joy, Until you stepped upon my path and took that all away. I did not understand, for I was but a simple boy, Why I could not continue on my carefree, happy way. When I found I could not pass, I asked if you would come, But you replied, "I do not want--to frolic or to play, But follow me and you shall see the wonders of my kingdom." With flowing hair and graceful air you led me on your way. Crystal lakes and endless trees were 'mong the wonders I did see, And up above, I spied a dove, and in its beak a flower.  Love's First Visit
